I organized my memos like Katie organized her memos. I also put my initials at the end of the document’s name so you know that they are my memos with opening them up. Also hopefully this will keep other documents from being replaced.

Hey Amanda, thanks for posting your memos. I want to get that whole web log thing done this weekend. Anywho, I think at the beginning of the memo you might want to say something about the memo being an individual effort.Otherwise it looks great : )
